Job Title: Executive Leadership Position

The primary role of this position is to oversee the operational functions of the organization, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including production, QA, QC, store, marketing, purchase, and R&D.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze data and insights to inform strategic decisions, drive growth, and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of production planning and scheduling best practices, particularly in relation to BCF & BCT.
  • Build and maintain effective inventory management systems, ensuring timely procurement and distribution of raw materials, finished goods, and solvents.
  • Develop and execute plans for raw material procurement based on production needs.
  • Maintain and improve knowledge of SAP PP module, ensuring proficiency and adaptability in an ever-changing environment.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
