We seek an accomplished Maintenance Supervisor to oversee plant maintenance, ensuring equipment functionality and streamlined production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance productivity\

  • Communicate effectively with management and staff regarding maintenance activities and progress\
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the organization\
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance management\
  • Assist in training and development of junior staff members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration)\
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field\
  • Proven track record of success in maintenance leadership roles\
  • Strong understanding of maintenance principles, practices, and technologies\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment\
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate team members\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\
  • Knowledge of maintenance management software and systems (e.g., CMMS, EAM)
