Visionary Business Strategist

Our organization seeks an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of revenue cycle management and be able to lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Establish and implement a pilot A/R process to improve collections, leveraging expertise in metrics and calculations.
- Lead the development of strategic plans to optimize insurance collection, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Drive business acumen and leadership capabilities within direct reporting teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 14+ years of experience in End-to-End RCM Process with in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations.
- Proven leadership experience as Associate Director or Senior Manager, managing teams of 150+ and driving results through effective human resource management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to enhance delivery.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and team performance, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration or related field (desired).
- Expertise in MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and other software relevant to the role.
