Job Summary:

The HVAC Retrofit Sales position involves a comprehensive sales strategy to provide climate solutions to clients.

  • A strong understanding of HVAC systems, including central plant air conditioning and air-side systems, is essential for success in this role.
  • Candidates must be able to analyze energy aspects of HVAC systems, benchmark them, and communicate their importance effectively to clients.
  • A deep understanding of energy usage in HVAC systems and the ability to establish energy savings through tailored solutions are critical skills for this position.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to develop commercial proposals based on energy audits, detailed bills of quantities, and bill of materials.
  • Familiarity with key consultants in the retrofit business in West India is required.
  • The successful candidate will need to drive sales from key domains such as hospitality, IT/ITES, commercial real estate, industrial, manufacturing, and healthcare segments.
  • Developing new customers and growing existing ones, focusing on strategic thinking processes and sales methodologies, are essential skills for this role.
  • Knowledge of competitors' products, weaknesses, and strengths is desirable.

Bachelor's Degree Requirements:

  • A B.E. or B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or Production Engineering is preferred.
  • Any other graduate degree with deep domain knowledge matching the job description can be considered an exception.
