Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs that drive climate-positive action. As part of our team, you will work across various sustainable brands in recycling, composting, vegan products, water conservation, carbon reduction, and ethical fashion.

Our ideal candidate is a creative and environmentally-conscious individual with experience in graphic design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating original, purpose-driven designs for digital and print media, crafting visual stories that communicate environmental and social impact, and designing social media content, infographics, and campaign materials.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with writers, strategists, and account managers to deliver cohesive communications and stay current with sustainable design trends and eco-friendly production methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with both digital and print design formats
  • A keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles and eco-friendly approaches
  • Enthusiasm for climate action and social impact
