Visual Creative Specialist

We seek a highly skilled and creative Visual Creative Specialist to join our team.

The role primarily focuses on leveraging graphic design skills to create visually stunning presentations, reports, social media material, and similar creative works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create visually appealing graphics emphasizing reports for distributions.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects in line with brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to refining presentations and decks for a polished, professional appearance.
  • Actively engage in creating captivating social media material and newsletter creatives ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Tech partner on website changes enhancing user experience and brand integrity.
  • Own and maintain brand guidelines ensuring alignment with the established brand identity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with data visualization software, creating PowerPoint presentations and reports.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to turn complex concepts into compelling visuals.

They should also have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in graphic design, visual storytelling, and creative problem-solving.

Additionally, they should be able to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
