Audit Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Audit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and experience working with latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve audit quality, efficiency, and value creation.
  • Lead data extractions, enablement, analytics, and data visualizations/dashboarding efforts using creative solutions.
  • Work with large data sets, identify common data quality issues, and develop techniques to resolve them.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and auditee teams to extend support for automation projects.
  • Coordinate all stages of project development, from system design to post-implementation support.
  • Identify gaps in projects post-GO LIVE and gather feedback to suggest improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant data analytics experience, EDW concepts, and good understanding of data mining and programming languages such as Python and Oracle SQL.
  • Hands-on experience working with visualization tools like Power BI and SAP BO.
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle and prior experience in business requirement gathering, UAT, etc.
  • Good academic record and certifications on data analytics/data science from a reputed university.
  • Background knowledge of financial sector at large, with banking knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to deal with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Engineering degree + MBA preferred.
