Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Customs and Trade Compliance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classify and determine Customs HTS & ECCN for spare parts, products, and other import/export goods.
  • Assist in collecting and maintaining compliance data and records.
  • Support training and audit activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Generate and analyze reports on trade compliance.
  • Participate in root cause analysis of international trade issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide support for Customs inquiries related to product classifications.
  • Collaborate on various projects assigned by trade management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Knowledge of advanced technologies and processes in Semiconductor, Flat Panel, and Solar cell manufacturing.
  • Understanding of trade compliance elements, including Harmonized Tariff Schedules, Export Classification Commodity Numbers, Customs entry process, and more.
  • Ability to conduct accurate classification analysis using trade tools like GRIs, CROSS rulings, WCO explanatory notes, and Export Regulations.
