Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily child location audits to ensure accurate records and safeguarding practices.
  • Review quality reports to guarantee alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Examine and verify documentation, maintain utility certificates, and ensure all documents are up-to-date in company systems.
  • Maintain centralised audit trackers and ensure timely updates.
  • Identify gaps, trends, or non-compliance issues and escalate when necessary.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for reporting, team coordination, and regulatory liaison.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail in reviewing reports and documents.
