Sales and Customer Engagement Representative

At Careoxy Healthcare Services Private Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, prospects, and leads to sell products or services, provide information, and gather data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads to promote and explain the features and benefits of our products or services.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and persuasive manner, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
- Achieve sales targets by persuading customers to make a purchase, subscribe, or take desired actions.
- Generate leads and provide qualified leads to the sales team.
- Conduct surveys, gather customer feedback, and update customer information in our database.
- Maintain a good understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Adhere to all applicable regulations, including Do-Not-Call lists, telemarketing rules, and customer privacy regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including call results, feedback, and actions taken.
- Make follow-up calls to customers to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to supervisors or management regarding customer responses, call quality, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Graduation or equivalent; additional education or relevant training is a plus.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management software.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of our company's products or services.
Work Environment:
Our Inside Sales Executive will work in a call center or office environment, spending most of their working hours on the phone making outbound calls. The work hours can vary, including daytime, evening, or weekend shifts, depending on our company's needs.
