Technical Service Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Inverter installation, maintenance and defect resolution;
- Providing customer support through phone calls and emails;
- Remote or on-site inverter troubleshooting and replacement;
- Collecting and reporting after-sales support case data;
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical or related majors;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar industry;
- Strong knowledge of String Inverter, Hybrid Inverter and Utility Based Projects;
- Fluent English skills and good communication skills;
