We partner with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Cegid to deliver high-quality services.

  • Collaborate with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design and develop complex integrations using industry-standard tools.
  • Implement and maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry updates and incorporate them into integration strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working as a technical consultant with a focus on integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of architecture and integration concepts.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Availability to join within 1-3 months.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
