Experienced Service Portfolio Manager Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Service Portfolio Management (SPM) professional to join our team. As a strategic thinker, you will be responsible for managing the service portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective solutions for managing the service portfolio.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop strategies to meet business needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives that drive business value.
- Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow SPM application.
- Ability to integrate generative AI with Now Assist for SPM.
- Strong platform and development skills, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Service Portal, UI Builder, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency in data and reporting tools, such as Platform Analytics, Performance Analytics, Data Separation, and Domain Separation.
- Understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and governance practices.
- Certifications and training in SPM Implementer Certification, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Agile Implementer Certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
