Supply Chain Development Role

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, and an interest in supply chain management. This role offers excellent prospects for professional growth and development within a dynamic team environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with reconciliation of warehouse and logistics invoices.
  • Update and maintain monthly cost tracking reports.
  • Compile ageing and shelf-life reports for inventory monitoring.
  • Analyse and assist in preparing action plans for SLOB (Slow Moving & Obsolete) articles.
  • Compile and share weekly fill rate reports.
  • Review and track planning vs actual performance (orders as per ROP, DOI analysis etc).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, preferably with knowledge of pivot tables and vlookup functions.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Interest in supply chain management, logistics, or operations management.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
