Quality Assurance Expertise WantedWe're seeking a Quality Assurance professional to ensure the reliability and quality of our OTM/TMS implementations, integrations, and enhancements. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a thorough understanding of testing methodologies.Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas for testing.
  • Conduct thorough testing: Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Validate logistics processes: Verify that end-to-end logistics processes are accurate and efficient.
  • Identify and document defects: Collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve issues and implement fixes.
  • Maintain quality standards: Ensure adherence to industry-leading quality standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of QA/testing experience in ERP/TMS/OTM systems.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of testing tools, methodologies, and defect management systems. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Automation testing expertise: Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar.
  • Agile testing experience: Experience working in Agile/Scrum testing environments.
  • OTM/TMS knowledge: Knowledge of OTM/TMS modules and logistics processes.
