\We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our AI/ML and Data Analytics product line. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in objection handling, team management, and a strong ability to drive project delivery within defined timelines.
\As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
\- Leading and Managing End-to-End Projects: You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.\
- Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with engineering, data science, and product management teams to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.\
- Developing and Maintaining Project Plans: You will create and update project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, and track progress against project goals.\
- Identifying and Mitigating Risks: You will identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively address any roadblocks to ensure project success.\
- Communicating with Stakeholders: You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, updates, and issues.\
- Providing Leadership and Guidance: You will provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.\
- Conducting Regular Project Reviews: You will conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
\- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: You must have a degree in computer science or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred.\
- Minimum 12 Years of Experience in AI/ML and Data Analytics: You must have at least 12 years of experience in AI/ML and Data Analytics product line, with a focus on managing large government projects.\
- Proven Track Record of Successful Project Delivery: You must have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with hands-on experience in objection handling and conflict resolution.\
- Strong Understanding of AI/ML Technologies and Data Analytics Methodologies: You must have a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data analytics methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).\
- Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills: You must have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.\
- Experience in Managing Cross-Functional Teams: You must have experience in managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification: A PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.\
- Prior Experience Working in Government or Public Sector Projects: Prior experience working in government or public sector projects is a plus.
