Job Title: User Experience Design SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for internal and external banking applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop user-centered solutions for responsive banking websites, mobile applications, and web applications.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of designs into development.
  • Participate in Agile development processes from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Analyze complex design problems and break them down into actionable chunks.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, standards, and technologies in UX design.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality UX designs that meet business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of human interface design principles, user research, and usability testing.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and other design tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
