Product Design Specialist

We are seeking a Product Design Specialist to enhance our digital product offerings.

A successful candidate will be analytical and creative, demonstrate self-motivation, exhibit a proactive mindset, and possess a strong sense of responsibility and ownership in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the core team to implement product design solutions for end customers.
  • Conceptualise and create innovative & user-centred designs for our digital products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers to translate ideas into compelling user experiences.
  • Provide key inputs for the development of a globally scalable SaaS product.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts and validate ideas with stakeholders and users.
  • User Research: Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify user needs, pain points, and preferences, and integrate findings into the design process.
  • Iterative Design: Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the usability and effectiveness of our products.
  • Visual Design: Develop visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and graphic elements, to enhance the visual appeal and branding of our products.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, prioritise design goals, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across our product portfolio.
  • Relevant degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Product Design.
