Advanced Analytics Expert

As an Advanced Analytics Expert, you will play a key role in supporting our organization's advanced analytics initiatives. Your primary focus will be on managing end-to-end analytics projects, including data wrangling, model development, validation, and deployment. You will collaborate with scientific and operational teams to identify opportunities for data science applications in drug discovery, development, and manufacturing.

About the Role:
  • You will design and implement machine learning models, statistical analyses, and data visualizations to solve real-world problems.
  • You will develop predictive models for reaction outcomes, process optimization, and quality control.
  • You will work with structured and unstructured data from lab equipment, sensors, and other scientific instruments as well as enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, etc.).
  • You will build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards for real-time monitoring and reporting.
  • You will implement AI workflows for enhancing decision-making processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • You must have a Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You must have at least 3 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
  • You must be proficient in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • You must have experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with cheminformatics or bioinformatics tools such as RDKit and KNIME is a plus.
