Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and animation principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Translate concepts and storyboards into dynamic, engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Work with advanced techniques such as rotoscoping, masking, keying (chroma removal), tracking and compositing to enhance motion content.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all outputs.
  • Edit raw footage into polished video content, incorporating clean cuts, good transitions and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
  • Maintain a keen eye for pacing, timing and rhythm to deliver engaging visual narratives.
  • Ensure smooth integration of sound, graphics, text and motion elements for a cohesive output.
  • Utilize effective transitions and visual effects to elevate the overall video experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or in a similar senior creative role.
  • A compelling portfolio/showreel that demonstrates advanced motion design and video editing capabilities.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Deep understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-impact creative assets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
