Chief Financial Operations Specialist

As a seasoned professional in accounting, you will be instrumental in shaping our financial operations. Your expertise in Indian financial landscape, GST compliance, and e-commerce accounting nuances will be highly valued.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day accounting tasks, including AP/AR, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Develop and review periodic financial statements.
- Ensure accurate GST filings, TDS compliance, and coordination with external auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Effectively manage vendor and customer accounts.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance (GST, TDS).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Prior experience handling e-commerce or D2C business accounting preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess CA Inter or MBA Finance qualifications.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or D2C accounting roles.
