Job Overview:Main Responsibilities:
  • Create visionary new product designs that differentiate our client experience.
  • Translate ambiguous ideas into concrete user stories and experiences, using a user-centered approach.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to experiment and evolve our design composition and generation algorithms.
  • Work closely with our design systems and marketing teams to ensure high-quality designs meet client expectations.
  • Promote cross-functional alignment and push creativity through collaboration with peers across the product ecosystem.
  • Contribute thought leadership and design execution towards our long-term experience strategy.
  • Plan and execute user research learning agendas with data and consumer insights.
  • Foster a strong, user-centered design practice and develop talent within our community.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years designing innovative digital products within large-scale ecosystems.
  • 5+ years collaborating with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams.
  • 5+ years directing junior designers and guiding collaborators through successful user-centered processes.
  • Multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered, creative, and innovative design solutions.
  • Ability to drive Discovery and Delivery on an iterative basis and coach team members.
  • Experience leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to inspire design concepts and communicate decisions.
  • Strong graphic design and communication fundamentals, including visual and typographic craft.
  • Ability to plan and moderate workshops, leading to exciting new ideas and critical alignment.
  • Skilled in remote-first collaboration, including Figma, Slack, Jira, and Miro.
  • Flexibility to work 11:00 to 19:00 IST.
