Job Summary:

User Experience (UX) Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Designer to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing personas, and creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.

  • User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights and develop effective design solutions.
  • Design Development: Create high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand guidelines, balancing aesthetics and usability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and refine designs to ensure optimal user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Sound understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centred design principles.
  • Strong sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) for design feasibility discussions.
  • Understanding of UI motion/interaction design (micro-interactions, transitions).
  • Exposure to UX/UI for enterprise applications, SaaS products, or complex platforms.
