Job Title:

UX Designer - Digital Transformation Specialist

Overview:

As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital experience of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking application, financial mobile & tablet apps and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Breaking down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest standards, changes, trends in the mobile design field.
  • Creating graphic design assets such as website banners, event and exhibition booth backwall designs, marketing brochures, and other corporate branding materials.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Banking experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications.
  • Experience with User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.
  • Experience working in an Agile, Scrum environment.
  • Deep understanding of Apple's human interface design guidelines, Android design and other mobile platform designs, including Google's material design, and mobile-first concept.
  • Expert-level skills in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and AngularJS.
  • Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding collateral (banners, booths, brochures, social media assets) in addition to digital product design.
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and the ability to showcase relevant work.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
