Product Development Specialist

Mechanical Design Specialists play a pivotal role in crafting products that meet customer needs while ensuring efficient manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field, with experience in product design and development. Proficiency in CAD software and PLM tools is also essential.

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field is required for this position.
  • Data integrity and security are critical for success in this role, as well as accurate maintenance of product lifecycle data in our Engineering and management tools.
  • Effective item record creation, including consistent naming conventions, data fields selections, change order creation with summaries and descriptions, and linking relevant processes to the items or changes, is vital for maintaining data integrity.
  • Accurate data entry into our database, including creation of requests and change orders per company approval and tracking process, is also necessary.
  • Resolving integration issues and implementing process and procedures to improve data integrity and efficiency will be a key responsibility.
  • Providing support to engineering for data attributes and architecture is also expected from the selected candidate.
