**Mission-Critical Identity and Access Management Expert Needed:**

  • We seek a seasoned Senior IAM Engineer to deliver L3-level support for IAM and SailPoint in a high-stakes banking environment.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, including PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulations.
  • Responsibilities include designing and optimizing OAM and SailPoint platforms, managing capacity and upgrades.
  • Leadership skills are required to lead major incidents, mentor junior teams, and produce detailed post-incident reports.
  • A strong understanding of automation principles and experience with scripting languages is necessary.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM and related technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, Unix/Linux, and ServiceNow/BMC.
  • Experience with Capacity Planning, DR/BCP Strategy, and Vendor Admin Tools.
  • Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment with on-call rotation.
