Our mission is to change the way people shop online. Users are tired of browsing large catalogs on eCommerce marketplaces just to find a single piece of apparel they like. They need curation and trusted reviews - which is what we're bringing with the help of content creators.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with product managers to define key metrics and KPIs to track product performance.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes on key metrics and drive iterative improvements.
What We're Looking For?
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Hands-on experience in Python (highly preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
