About our Digital Business Unit:

Our goal is to transform the banking industry by developing customer-centric products with human-centered design principles for individual and MSME customers.

We aim to drive better customer experience and engagement, transform existing lines of businesses, and build new digital only or banking as a service led digital business models.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for driving adoption and engagement for our mobile app across customer segments. This involves crafting and executing strategies around new customer acquisition, driving customer value through cross-sell, win-back, and transaction intensity.

You will shape the 'Digital Business' of the bank by coordinating with cross-functional teams like digital marketing, tech solutions, and product.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

• Work on initiatives to increase traffic on our channels (mobile/net) with an objective to increase conversion from target bases and drive adoption among new/existing consumers.

• Analyze user journeys to identify improvement areas and increase visitors and conversions on our platform(s).

• Collaborate with product, analytics, and digital marketing teams for designing targeted campaigns based on customer personas and digital outreach.

• Use data analytics and segmentation to make targeted marketing strategies, conduct A/B testing to validate hypotheses, and optimize user journeys.

• Own end-to-end measurement frameworks for growth experiments, ensuring data accuracy and impact assessment. Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and growth experiments.

Product Enhancement

• Be the voice-of-customer in shaping new features/products that we should launch.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to create awareness and engagement campaigns and have a strong view on customer needs.

• Increase adoption of new products among existing consumers through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.

• Co-create new and optimize existing cross-sell and upsell user journeys with Digital Product Managers.

Key Skill Set Requirements:

• 2-6 years of relevant experience in growth/product marketing for a digital business/apps.

• Customer-centric mindset and eye for detail are must-haves.

• Prior experience working on campaign management tools like Firebase, Appsflyer is required.

• Hands-on experience with data extracting and interpretation tools like SQL, Power BI.

• Prior experience executing D2C campaigns and content strategy.

• Experience managing digital portfolios for banks/fintech/NBFCs is a plus.
