Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the relationship between our organization and its partners.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of credit processes and portfolio monitoring.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and process alignment.
A key responsibility will be to analyze portfolio performance data and make recommendations for improvement.
In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for management review.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day coordination with partner teams
- Monitor portfolio performance and support quality maintenance
- Assist in collection follow-ups on overdue cases
- Prepare and maintain MIS/data for review
- Visit partner offices periodically to strengthen relationships
- Support cross-functional teams in partner-related activities
Qualifications & Skills:
The ideal candidate should have:
- 2–5 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sector with credit/partner management exposure
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills
- Good understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and MIS
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MIS)
