Job Title: Data Engineer- Apache Druid

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data processing systems using Apache Druid.
  • Design and implement data models for efficient querying and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Druid with various data sources and platforms.
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability in a distributed environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably with a focus on big data and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Druid, including its architecture, configuration, and optimization techniques.
  • Strong understanding of real-time analytics, OLAP systems, and columnar storage.
  • Proficiency in SQL, query optimization, and data modeling for Druid.
  • Experience integrating Druid with Kafka, Hadoop, Spark, or Flink.
  • Knowledge of Linux administration, shell scripting, and JVM tuning.
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk).
  • Exposure to cloud-native deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
