Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering professional to join our organization. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data processing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable data processing pipelines using PySpark and Hive
  • Develop and maintain big data platforms using Spark, HBase, and DQ tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data ingestion from disparate sources onto the big data platform
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through agile methodologies

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of experience in big data engineering
  • Proficient in PySpark, Hive, Spark, HBase, and DQ tools
  • Experience with data ingestion from disparate sources onto big data platforms
  • Agile experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based big data platforms
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application in big data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
