Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough evaluations of internal controls to ensure effectiveness.
  • Evaluate risks and develop comprehensive testing plans to assess control design and operating effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices in internal control environments.
  • Determine alternative solutions to complex problems and provide sound recommendations.
  • Document accurate and detailed workpapers, and communicate results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, GAAS, Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO framework, and leading business practices.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Risk & Compliance or Internal Control role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with expertise in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Certifications: CPA, CIA, CISA (desired).
