Senior Client Relations Executive

The primary responsibility of the Equity Relationship Manager is to establish and maintain strong relationships with top-end clients. This role involves driving business growth by acquiring new clients, improving existing client relationships, and achieving set objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those requirements.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and build long-term relationships.
- Analyze market trends and provide expert advice on equities and derivatives products.
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- 4-12 years of experience in the broking industry with a similar background.
- Proficiency in equity and derivatives products.
- Certification in Equity and Derivative Segment mandatory.
- Graduation or MBA degree.
