Job Title: Corporate Communications Director

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced corporate communications director to lead our consumer PR efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results through strategic communication and media relations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated communication strategies tailored for the consumer sector, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize plans.
  • Build and nurture senior-level client relationships, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic counsel to key clients, positioning them effectively against competitors, and strengthening brand awareness by showcasing the company's capabilities and talent.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing media relations and crisis communication, and identifying global, digital, and social media trends to enhance PR strategies.
  • Lead new business proposals, presentations, and pitch meetings, applying leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to secure business opportunities.
  • Manage team resources and performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, and aligning goals with the company's overall objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in public relations, preferably within an agency setting, with strong media relations expertise and a proven track record of managing press coverage.
  • Experience in corporate image management, crisis communication, and stakeholder engagement, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
