Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting obligations applicable to Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and private equity operations in GIFT City.
  • As part of our team, you will participate in the design, structuring, and launch of new fund products, ensuring regulatory alignment and operational readiness.
  • You will lead the day-to-day management of the fund including investor relations, fund administration, and financial reporting.
  • You will review and approve investor documentation, offer documents, and ensure all KYC/AML norms are met.
  • Collaboration with fund managers, legal advisors, auditors, custodians, and administrators to ensure efficient fund operations is key.
  • You will monitor fund performance, risk, and compliance metrics and provide regular updates to the Board.
  • Contributing to strategic decisions regarding fundraising, portfolio management, and exit strategies is also expected.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A professional qualification or post-graduate degree or post graduate diploma (minimum one year in duration) in finance, law, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital market, banking, insurance or actuarial science from a recognized institution.
