We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow FSM Developer to lead our service management initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow Field Service Management module.
  • Customize FSM workflows, dispatch rules, work order management, and mobile configurations.
  • Integrate FSM with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., IT Service Management, Customer Service Management) and third-party systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FSM configurations and customizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2 years focused on Field Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of FSM components: work orders, assignments, dispatching, skills management, and mobile apps.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.).
  • Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or FSM certification is a plus.
