Technical Account Strategist

**Oracle Services Portfolio Overview**
The Oracle Services Portfolio offers a comprehensive range of solutions to support customers' IT strategies and business objectives. As a Technical Account Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering these services to our valued customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage long-term customer relationships with key contacts, fostering trust and open communication to ensure successful service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to identify tailored solutions that meet customers' evolving needs.
- Coordinate the delivery of Oracle services as the primary point of contact, facilitating effective customer communication and activity coordination across Oracle lines of business.
- Deliver against contracted terms, ensuring efficient use of Oracle resources, achieving contract margin and revenue objectives.
- Identify and submit delivery leads for new opportunities and contract renewals, driving business growth and expansion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major incidents, managing customer expectations through resolution while maintaining strong relationships.
- Establish and maintain a delivery governance model with customers at management and executive levels, ensuring seamless execution and satisfaction.
- Perform scope and risk management, ensuring alignment with customer goals and Oracle standards.
- Contribute to initiatives for process improvement and tool development within the Oracle delivery organization.
- Lead periodic Service Account Planning and Account Reviews to ensure ongoing alignment and success.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in developing and managing customer relationships in a technical or consulting environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and address complex customer needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and customer success.
