We are seeking a seasoned Residential Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of employee housing within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Housing Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive housing policies and procedures that align with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Housing Management: Manage all aspects of employee housing, including allocation, maintenance, and termination of housing arrangements.
  • Housing Application and Allocation Process: Oversee the housing application and allocation process to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with company policies.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for housing maintenance and repairs.
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees regarding housing-related matters, including rental agreements, lease renewals, and dispute resolution.
  • Benefits and Incentives: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee housing benefits and incentives programs.
  • Inspections and Compliance: Conduct regular inspections of employee housing units to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
  • Budget Management: Manage housing-related budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and accountability.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about changes in housing regulations and industry best practices, and make recommendations for policy updates as needed.
