Residential Leasing Specialist
An exciting opportunity exists for a driven professional with 2-4 years of experience in sales and business development to join our team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in client relationship management, business development, and facilitating residential leasing transactions for corporates, embassies, HNIs, and service apartment operators. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and generating leads for business development and revenue generation, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and conducting rental analysis and research to determine competitive pricing.
