Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to drive our technology vision and execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building core systems that power our operations.

Key responsibilities include developing and deploying AI/GenAI pipelines for automation, decision support, and workflow optimization. You will also own the lifecycle of large language models, fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and scaling in production.

  • Develop and deploy AI/GenAI pipelines for automation, decision support, and workflow optimization.
  • Design and build core systems that power our operations.
  • Ongoing responsibility for the lifecycle of large language models, including fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and scaling in production.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong exposure to AI/ML in production. They should have proven expertise in GenAI, LLMOps, and large-scale model deployment.

A strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure (GCP/AWS) and data security is also required. Past experience as a CTO or Founding Engineer at a startup is mandatory.
