Fixed Income Portfolio Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual with expertise in banking and finance.

  • Responsibilities include calculating Yield to Maturity (YTM) and assessing returns on fixed-income securities.
  • Also, determining Present Value (PV) of securities and evaluating market pricing strategies.
  • Comparing investment options such as corporate bonds, fixed deposits, and mutual funds.
  • Developing financial models in Excel, Python, or R to assess risk and return metrics.
  • Implementing AI-driven approaches for analyzing credit risk and probability of default.
  • Working on Value at Risk (VaR) simulations and machine learning models for risk assessment.
  • Analyzing corporate bond spreads, relative valuations, and structured finance instruments.
  • Conducting data cleaning and visualization for sovereign credit research and CDS time series data.
  • Assisting in the structuring and evaluation of project finance and asset-backed securities.
  • Understanding Microsoft Excel AI tools for financial modelling.
  • Developing and testing AI models for credit derivatives and portfolio risk assessment.
  • Working on FinTech tools like Virtual Risk Analyser and Virtual Portfolio Analyser.
