Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver business results for B2C operations within assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve/exceed annual performance targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Forecast demand, cascade customer/product-wise objectives to the field team and drive them to meet set goals.

Essential Functions include managing territory expenditures within approved budgets under state head guidance, tracking market and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, collaborating with internal teams and distributors to ensure timely deliveries, executing brand promotion strategies, creating promotional activity plans, designing and implementing farmer engagement initiatives, ensuring data submission through reporting systems, monitoring KPIs for distributors/dealers, maintaining updated databases, developing team competencies, coaching direct reports, and promoting employee engagement activities.
