
Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative at a leading financial institution, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the banking and investment needs of non-resident Indian (NRI) clients.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients, exceptional client engagement and customer service skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NRI clients
- Provide expert insights on a wide range of financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options
- Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
You will identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals, collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues, and participate in NRI client acquisition drives, events, and outreach programs as needed.
