Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Telecom Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our global Telecom Inventory.

This role involves supporting invoice review, approval, and timely payment for the entire Telecom estate within our Infrastructure Cloud business.

The ideal candidate will work closely with infrastructure product managers, other technology enabling groups, vendor management teams, procurement specialists, finance professionals, accounts payable staff, and telecom expense management service providers to ensure seamless operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and reconcile invoices to guarantee accuracy.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors or key collaborators to address any queries.
  • Manage billing inquiries received via the TEM mailbox.
  • PARTicipate in regular or ad-hoc calls with third-party vendors or key collaborators to resolve issues.
  • Develop and prepare process documents as needed.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the People Leader.

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Telecom Expense Management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory and billing processes is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
