">Job Summary
">The Consultant will be responsible for owning and executing HighRadius Cloud product implementations for Fortune 2000 clients.
">This role involves delivering projects with good quality, high value, and great customer satisfaction within project timelines.
">You'll have high visibility with regular client interaction, serving as the main Point of Contact during Build, Testing, and Hypercare phases of Highradius Product Implementation.
">Key Responsibilities include carrying out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Cloud products for Fortune 2000 companies across the globe.
">Writing SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration is also essential.
">You'll run and execute the project through various phases of the project life cycle including Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hyper-care.
">Able to build rapport with clients and manage them effectively, you'll conduct UAT and support shadow sessions with clients efficiently.
">Closely collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Technical teams & QA to deploy the projects with agreed KPIs, you'll test end-to-end Process flows, drive adoption by giving hand-on end-user journey training, and validate value outcomes.
">Keeping the Delivery Manager and/or Program Director honest and up-to-date on any potential risks related to Project Implementation is crucial.
">Skill & Experience Needed
">2-4 years of professional services experience and a Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferably from a top reputed university) are required.
">Good understanding of SDLC processes and Functional Consulting experience are necessary.
">Very good communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills are also essential.
">Exposure to international clients / projects, exposure to BA, domain knowledge, and team player are highly valued.
">Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) related business process is a plus.
