Business IT Support and Data Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this exciting hybrid role, combining technical expertise with business acumen.

This position requires the ability to provide IT support and data operations services to our global teams.

  • IT Support: troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and email issues.
  • Data Operations: manage inventory files, build commission reports for finance, clean CRM data, and upload public holidays into calendars across countries.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless support.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in IT or Computer Science.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT support and troubleshooting services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate data and inventory systems.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or IT/business analyst roles.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Educational background in IT or Computer Science.
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
  • Able to troubleshoot independently and explain reasoning clearly.
