Key Performance Specialist

About the Role:

  • We seek an accomplished professional to spearhead performance testing and analysis across multiple protocols.
  • The ideal candidate will possess expertise in CI/CD environments, cloud-based infrastructures, and applications using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub.
  • A strong background in Kubernetes, Microservices, AWS Cloud, and Oracle OCI is also essential.
  • The selected individual will be responsible for designing and executing performance test scripts, analyzing volumetric data, and providing insights into non-functional requirements.
  • This role requires proficiency in programming languages like C, Java, VB macros, and SQL, as well as shell scripting skills for customizing scripts and automation processes.
  • A deep understanding of JAVA/JVM architecture, JVM, GC, Class loading, Thread dump, and database analysis (Oracle and SQL Server) is crucial.
  • The candidate should have experience with monitoring and profiling tools such as APM, HP Diagnostics, CA Wily, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and server/application metric analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills are necessary to accurately interpret performance test results and present findings in both technical and business contexts.

Necessary Skills:

  • Familiarity with supporting tools such as Fiddler, Firebug, HAR, Lighthouse would be advantageous.
