We are seeking a skilled Strategic Financial Analyst to join our team as a Performance Optimizer. This key role will be instrumental in driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and creating efficiencies through optimizations across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across business units, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Deliver actionable financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leadership, providing visibility into business performance and trends.
  • Support strategic initiatives including cost optimization and process improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Presentation of insightful data to leadership to inform business decisions, highlighting opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Contribute to long-term financial strategy development and business planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Certified Accountant (CA) with 5–6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and business partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, concepts, and regulations, with advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting, with ability to simplify complex data for non-financial stakeholders.
