Job Title: Senior Customer Support Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Support Manager to lead our team of customer support executives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong team management and problem-solving abilities.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the team to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence and maintain quality standards.
  • Regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback will be provided to enhance the team's overall performance.
  • Escalations will be effectively handled, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders will be crucial to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in customer support or a similar field is mandatory.
  • Experience in BPO/Customer Support domain is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of customer support executives to ensure SLA adherence and maintain quality standards.
  • Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance the team's overall performance.
