Senior Analog Design Engineer for Emerging Memory Products

We are seeking a Senior Analog Design Engineer to join our team in the DRAM and Emerging memory Group (DEG) at Micron Technology, Inc. This position involves designing, analyzing, verifying digital and analog circuits used in the development of DRAM memory products with advanced low power and power management technologies.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence. As a Senior Analog Design Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative team tasked with product design & development, collaborating with various teams all over the world.
You will have extensive knowledge of Custom Circuit Design, Analog Design, Verification and Layout, as well as familiarity with various memory design architectures. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, analyzing, and verifying digital and analog circuits for DRAM memory products
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new DRAM and emerging memory products
- Developing and optimizing memory designs, layouts, and verification processes

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
- 0-7 years' experience in related industry technical experience
